Standard delivery is 7 business days. Rush delivery available in 3 days with a surcharge.

What materials do you work with?

Gold (10K, 14K, 18K in yellow, white, and rose), platinum, sterling silver, and GIA-certified diamonds and gemstones.

Can I see my piece before it's made?

Yes. We create a full interactive 3D render of your design that you can rotate and inspect from every angle. 3 to 4 design revisions are included.

What is the minimum price for a custom design?

Custom design starts at $150, which includes the 3D design and the wax mold. The final price depends on the metal and stones selected.

Do you offer warranties and returns?

Yes. Every piece includes a lifetime craftsmanship warranty and a 30-day return policy.

Where are you located?

Our atelier is in New York, NY. Available by appointment only, also accessible via WhatsApp for remote consultations worldwide.
